Strayer University Advising

Strayer University offers robust advising and tutoring to all students. Students are assigned an advisor upon registration, and that advisor will reach out to his or her assigned students. Students may also seek advising at any time by contacting their campus or advisor via phone or email. Advisors may be reached by dialing the main number for the campus, or the global campus. If the student does not know this number, they may reach their campus by dialing 1-888-378-7293 and asking to speak with an advisor. For those individuals not associated with a campus that seek advising, they may call the main number for Online Academics at 1-877-540-1733, and select option 2 for students. The department is open and staffed from 8am to 8pm, and if the individual available is not able to answer a specific question, the appropriate person will contact student within 24 hours.
